3. Artist Responsibilities

Artists represent and warrant that:

  • They own all rights to uploaded content.
  • Uploaded content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Necessary model releases and property releases have been obtained where required.

Artists remain solely responsible for their uploaded content.

4. Ownership of Content

Artists retain ownership and copyright of their uploaded images.

PhotoBazaar does not claim ownership of artist content.

By uploading content, artists grant PhotoBazaar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Display images
  • Market images
  • Sell image licenses
  • Promote the platform

5. Image Licensing

When purchasing an image, buyers receive a license to use the image according to the license terms.

Buyers may not:

  • Resell the image as a standalone file
  • Redistribute downloaded files
  • Claim ownership of purchased images
  • Use images for unlawful purposes

6. Payments and Commissions

PhotoBazaar may deduct platform commissions, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges before distributing earnings to artists.

Payment schedules and commission structures may be updated periodically.

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that:

  • Violates copyrights or trademarks
  • Contains illegal material
  • Promotes violence or hate
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates applicable laws

PhotoBazaar reserves the right to remove content without prior notice.

8. No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All purchases made on PhotoBazaar are for digital products.

Once an image has been purchased, licensed, downloaded, or made available for download, the transaction is final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital image purchases except where required by applicable law.

Users are encouraged to review image previews, descriptions, and licensing details carefully before making a purchase.

9. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on PhotoBazaar infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint including:
